Real-time baby! If you post an event today, it instantly shows up on the announcement sheet. Then you can just print and distribute a new copy. It also means that you can print your sheet any time and any day of the week and it will have the most relevant data.

Theres no limit. If you want to have more custom announcements than automatic updates thats totally up to you.

We recommend printing at the start of each week. Your sheet should have at least 1 week of automatic updates but if you dont have a lot of events or trainings then the sheet will list several weeks of events.

Our suggestion is to show the next 5 events with 1 or 2 custom announcements about promos, holiday hours, upcoming retreats, etc. Then print your sheet at the start of each week and put them near the teaching position in each of your rooms. Some studios even put the sheet on a clip board and hang it near the teaching position.

Our PRINT button acts like printing any other page from your device and it will default to the printer you normally use.
